Who You Are

  • Strong organizational skills, an eye for detail and a sense of urgency
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to understand and execute on established work procedures
  • Team player: ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with others
  • Possess a High School diploma, preferred

What You’ll Do

  • Operate office machines, such as copier, fax, phone system and computer
  • Receive and send emails, scan and forward documents and answer telephone calls and distribute messages to the appropriate contact
  • Creating/transcribing documents to send via DocuSign
  • Open, sort, and distribute company mail. Prepare outgoing mail and take mail to the Post Office, UPS or Fedex
  • Stock all conference rooms and employee breakroom with supplies
  • Plan, organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, and prepare and distribute materials as needed
  • Catering/prep/reservations for meetings as requested
  • Assist with managing calendars and setting up calendar and zoom invites as requested
  • Perform other clerical duties as necessary. These may include making copies, assisting with the postage meter, shredding files, business related errands and other duties as assigned
