Who You Are

  • 5+ years of Motorsports experience with a focus on mechanical vehicle preparation, car development, setup, and event execution; 10 years preferred
  • Experience working with GT3 race cars – Porsche, Lamborghini, and Ferrari a plus
  • A leader that possesses outstanding technical knowledge, racing experience and excellent people skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate with mechanics, engineers, management, and other supporting departments on car builds
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a high sense of urgency and ability to follow and execute on policies and procedures
  • Enjoys working in a team environment with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Able to perform all physical requirements of position
  • Ability to provide own tools as necessary
  • Endurance racing experience; preferred

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with car chief in the shop and while out on the road at race events
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to increase car performance, reliability, and crew efficiency
  • Create a plan of action and execute on improvements
  • Provide high level of vehicle service and preparation leading up to and post events
  • Clear understanding of technical specifications, event procedures and pit lane rules, familiarity of the rule book
  • Perform routine maintenance functions and adjustments on a variety of race, performance, and street vehicles
  • Meet deadlines for race car preparation, while producing quality product
  • Manage and produce worklist and car preparation information between events
  • Assist with set up and tear down at race events
  • Professionally represent the team and sponsors on and off track
  • Provide a superior client experience to partners and guests by answering questions during shop, garage, and pit tours
  • Follow Company policies & procedures in making all necessary repairs
  • Provide support for other team members as needed
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends
  • May be required to work long hours
  • Travel required for race events, approximately 30%
