Who You Are
- Possess mechanical aptitude and minor fabrication skills
- Ability to identify issues and make recommendations to improve existing processes
- Thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
- Motivated to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to change
- 1+ years or more experience in the custom car, truck and/or Hot Rod industry; preferred
- Welding skills, preferred
- Self-supply basic personal tools
What You’ll Do
- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
- Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the department
- Body sheet metal fab and repair
- Structural fabrication
- Panel Replacement and Panel Design
- Fiberglass work
- Disassembly and assembly
- Maintain proper record of time and materials
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, coworkers, and other departments
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
